Course Confirmation and Cancelation Policy
Participants will receive a confirmation of registration (and securing of seat in course), detailing: course delivery, date, location and any specific course requirements. Each course has minimum and maximum enrolment requirements. If a course does not meet minimum enrolment, ECOPA will:

Notify you of the cancellation and refund your course fee or,

Transfer your course fee to another course.
Course Withdrawals
Notification must be given by email to info@ecopa.ca

Ecopa Environmental reserves the right to cancel training workshops due to sickness, accident, acts of war, acts of God, or other legitimate causes beyond their control, without obligation, upon notice to the participants up until the day of the workshop. In the event that Ecopa cancels a workshop, course fees will be promptly returned.
