Fees include tuition and PDFs of training material, but do not include accommodations, meals, or transportation to field sites throughout the week. Please ensure there is still space in the course before submitting payment.

Course Confirmation and Cancelation Policy
Participants will receive a confirmation of registration (and seat reservation in the course), detailing: course delivery, date, location, and any specific course requirements. Each course has minimum and maximum enrolment requirements. If a course does not meet minimum enrolment, ECOPA will:

Notify you of the cancellation and refund your course fee, or

Transfer your course fee to another course.
Course Withdrawals
Notification must be given by email to info@ecopa.ca

More than 3 weeks' notification, 90% return.

Ecopa Environmental reserves the right to cancel training workshops due to sickness, accidents, acts of war, acts of God, or other legitimate causes beyond its control, without obligation, upon notice to participants up until the day of the workshop. In the event that Ecopa cancels a workshop, course fees will be promptly returned.
